I'm not a judgmental person when it comes to science. If you want to spend a shitload of doe trying to build a warp-drive or a ray-gun go right ahead, but when someone somewhere does something without having a real-world application for it, or even an idea how to use it, then stuff usually goes downhill really fast.
Apparently this guy, Daito Manabe, calls himself programmer/artist/sound engineer/designer - and if I got the gist of it right, the general behind this is to be somekind of visualizer, similar to the one in windows mediaplayer. Only with electrodes...
Attached to your face... Electrocuting you... While "enjoying" music.
Ok, I admit can have some hilarious side effects but still, I can't see why any sane person would want to have this done to them.
